At Great Spirit Farm, we take great care to help you prepare mentally and physically. We offer expert guidance, private coaching, and a serene setting to support your transformational journey. When you register to join us in ceremony, our team will ensure you have all the information you need to prepare yourself for the best possible experience. Bring comfortable clothing, a journal, a water bottle, towel, a mat, blankets, and personal essentials. Our 3-day services include lodging. Avoid alcohol, cannabis, and certain medications, as instructed by our facilitators. Our Preparation Guide will provide all you need to prepare emotionally and mentally including setting intentions, practicing mindfulness, and learning to work with our sacraments.
