At Great Spirit Farm Healing & Retreat Center, we believe that the plants at our feet serve a purpose, and many of them are medicinal. We focus on local plants that grow naturally in our region, and always harvesting sustainably with love in our heart and care for the plants that nurture us. We carefully select plants that are in healthy environments, free from chemicals and exhaust.

Our tinctures are made in small batches, extracted with organic alcohol or glycerin, and loving energy intended into them. Each tincture is a 2 ounce bottle, with no added artificial ingredients or colors. Shake well before using. Store in a cool, dry place. Tinctures are good for at least 3 years. No refrigeration necessary but it can’t hurt if you aren’t going to use it often.
Tinctures can be taken by placing 1-3 droppers full under tongue, in juice, tea or water in the morning and evening, as needed. Depending on the intended use, some herbs, like prescriptions, need time to build up in the system, so please give your tincture a couple weeks for full results.
