About Great Spirit Farm

Planting Paradise, one seed at a time.

Shannon & Travis - Great Spirit Farm

Shannon & Travis

We are a private church devoted to deep spiritual communion through sacred plant sacraments, practiced in the nurturing embrace of Mother Nature. Our intimate group sessions foster a sense of connection and healing, with sacraments that are sustainably, ethically, and sacredly prepared onsite. Every element of our rituals, from the plants we use to the live music and energetic purification, is chosen to help expand consciousness and promote spiritual growth.

We welcome individuals of all faiths, races, and sexual orientations, trusting the sacrament to guide each person's journey in a way that meets their unique needs. Our commitment is to provide a safe, loving space where you can explore your spirituality while honoring and caring for our collective home, Mother Earth.

Enhance your experience with our supportive tools like AyaDose for microdosing Ayahuasca, our cherished smudge blends, chai teas, drums, and transformative integration coaching. As a 100% donation-supported church, we are grateful for the generosity of our members and kind individuals like you. Thank you for being part of our community.

Meet Your Facilitators

Shannon

A former Registered Nurse and Massage Therapist, Shannon is what some might call a transformation junkie, always seeking to grow and integrate what she has learned, and share it with others. Since she was a child, she has known her purpose was to "grow and be better." She has devoted her life to connecting with the "Great Spirit," originating within the Christian church and later expanding to embrace all spiritual truths.

She has over 30 years of experience with psychedelics and healing arts, and over 20 years of education in transcendental philosophies. She is experienced in making sacraments with Master Plants and makes herbal remedies with local medicinal plants. Shannon has overcome addictions and understands the complexities of setting oneself free. In her 20's, she suffered from chronic pain and debilitating asthma, spending many years following the medical model of treatment. She is pain-free since 2007, and 99% asthma free.

She is a birth doula, coach, mom, plant sacrament facilitator, herbalist, and ordained minister. She's a lover of people, plants, and animals, and believes in the deep, intrinsic value that Mother Nature offers to humans for expanding consciousness, healing, learning, and connecting to God.

Shannon is an advocate for a natural birth and is available for doula services, including using plant sacraments during labor to help mother and baby to work together and reduce birth trauma.

A passionate champion for clean water and halting pollution, she founded the Anclote River Pick-up Project, a gathering of paddlers who work hard to remove trash from the Anclote River in New Port Richey, FL. Over 2 tons of trash have been removed with the help of local residents and Pasco County Government.

Shannon met her husband and partner facilitator, Travis, in the Insurance profession in 2008, and is proud to be fulfilling their dream of awakening the planet, one person at a time. Shannon loves spending time with family and friends, nature, skydiving, kayaking, horseback riding, reading, writing, dream analysis, meditation, yoga, hiking, travel, and of course, exploring spirituality and consciousness.

Travis

Travis' heart for giving is evident by his history of service on numerous community service projects. His natural leadership and passion for equal access to healthy food were instrumental in creating the Pasco County Food Policy Advisory Council, and he served as its 1st Chairman. He was a Lead Facilitator of the 1st Community Garden in the City of New Port Richey. He was the Founder and President of Nature Coast Real Food Project, a non-profit teaching people the benefits of chemical-free food. And he was Chairman of the Green Commerce Association, a non-profit dedicated to supporting and encouraging businesses and residents of West Pasco, FL in developing a resilient and sustainable local economic community.

Travis is committed to sustainability, permaculture, and being a local superhero to his community. Since 2011, he has completed numerous personal transformation and spiritual education courses and has coached several similar programs, guiding others through their own personal breakthroughs. He received his ministerial ordination in 2015. He has over 20 years of experience with psychedelics.

Travis is the loving husband to Shannon, his partner facilitator, and a proud father-figure to her daughter, Maya. Together they enjoy fulfilling their mutual dream of helping others heal and grow spiritually through Great Spirit Farm. Travis also enjoys nature, swimming, kayaking, autocross racing, hiking, biking, music, travel, and exploring consciousness.
